The Managing Partner of Talent Collective, Jeremy has a wealth of experience in the Talent Acquisition space. He spent eight years in agency recruitment before working as Head of Resourcing at Vodafone. He then founded Capital Consulting, a pioneer of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing sector, in 2001. The business grew significantly, supporting a variety of blue chip clients across 17 countries in Europe and Asia-Pac before being acquired by the Global Market Leader of RPO services in 2008.
Jeremy spends a lot of time with providers of innovative talent acquisition services and technologies, and particularly enjoys working with clients on how these can be deployed to enhance their recruitment model.
We brought Jeremy into Vodafone UK to review existing resourcing practices and to recommend and implement a resourcing strategy. Jeremy transformed the function in 6 months. He combines a depth of knowledge and expertise with vision, creativity and commerciality. He inspires all levels of staff, taking the team with him and instilling confidence. Abi has vast experience in the recruitment industry, having held significant roles with two leading pure-play RPO providers. Prior to this she was part of the pioneering team that set up one of the first ‘on-site’ recruitment solutions in the UK.
