Jeremy spent eight years in agency recruitment before working as Head of Resourcing at Vodafone. He then founded Capital Consulting, a pioneer of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing sector, in 2001. The business grew significantly, supporting a variety of blue chip clients across 17 countries in Europe and Asia-Pac before being acquired by the Global Market Leader of RPO services in 2008.

Jeremy spends a lot of time with providers of innovative talent acquisition services and technologies, and particularly enjoys working with clients on how these can be deployed to enhance their recruitment model.

Abi Staines

Abi has vast experience in the recruitment outsourcing industry, having spent the past seven years working for two leading pure-play RPO providers. Prior to this she was part of the pioneering team that set up one of the first ‘on-site’ recruitment solutions in the UK.

Given this background of more than 15 years in the RPO space, Abi has industry leading experience in the design, implementation and ongoing management of RPO and in-house recruitment solutions and has held ultimate responsibility for the solution design and service execution for a high number of clients across a variety of industry sectors, as well as operational management of the business.

Today, as one of the founding members of Talent Collective, Abi advises corporates on various aspects of resourcing strategy and execution.

She is an RPO and MSP operations expert, with extensive skills in regional and global team building, management and development. Claire has successfully delivered client cost efficiency across a variety of industries while building best practice operational sector aligned teams focused on quality, risk management and business partnering with clients.

Laurie Padua

A founding member of Talent Collective, Laurie has spent her entire career working in agency, in-house recruitment or RPO roles; most recently as Client Services Director at one of the World’s pre-eminent RPO services provider. She has had responsibility for both the Implementation and Service Excellence teams and has delivered more than twenty recruitment projects from a people, process and technology perspective across a variety of industry sectors.

Laurie is the Talent Collective’s most knowledgeable member when it comes to recruitment technology, having helped a wide variety of businesses with the selection, implementation and optimisation of all the industry defining Applicant Tracking Systems and bolt-on tools.

Leigh Carpenter

Julie has successfully managed volume and high level recruitment across a number of industry sectors and spent a number of years delivering RPO services before moving into a central role as Head of Internal Resourcing. Julie had accountability for the sourcing, recruitment, development and effective utilisation of consultants across the global footprint.

Julie is part of our consulting team, with a particular focus on delivering training services to corporate clients and assists organisations with the training and development of their in-house and on-site teams.
