Client work: Selection of an RPO provider
Project Insights and Impact
We worked with Lend Lease to guide, advise and facilitate them through an RPO selection process. We were able to quickly recommend the ideal structure of a proposed new solution and advise on RPO providers who could deliver this model. A full tender process was designed and facilitated by us and evaluated against a number of criteria bespoke to the Lend Lease business. The shortlisted providers participated in client reference site visits, technology demonstrations, meet the proposed team sessions and Q&A round tables. At each of these stages, we facilitated the sessions, guided Lend Lease on areas they might want to probe and consider further and, above all, ensured that Lend Lease understood the pros and cons and general implications of every aspect of evaluation.
The project culminated in us brokering the commercial and legal negotiations between Lend Lease and its chosen provider. Our insight into the RPO industry and the nuances therein enabled us to ensure that potential blockages were overcome and that solutions and agreeable compromises were found.
A 3 year contract was successfully agreed with Lend Lease’s new RPO provider for UK permanent hiring. We were subsequently asked to manage the effective implementation of the new solution.
